Many of the recipes also offer tips for adapting or changing the recipe to suit your preferences, thereby giving you additional ways to enjoy a dish.
4. What if I already eat a healthy diet?
These 100+ recipes will support your already healthy eating habits by helping you eat more of the specific foods and nutrients needed for the optimal growth and development of your baby.
5. My diet up to this point hasn’t been great, is it too late for me?

7. Do the recipes support a vegetarian or pescatarian diet?
