These terms and conditions apply to all Forty Weeks Group Pty LTD (“40 Weeks”) products and services sold via the 40 Weeks website or our affiliates.
Payment Information – Currency and Tax
All prices stated on the current website are denominated and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices include GST; prices do not include shipping, which is charged according to delivery location.
Customs and Duties
For any orders shipped outside of Australia the customer is the importer of the product and will be responsible for all customs import duties and any associated taxes.
Special Offers and Promotions
Any discounts offered by 40 Weeks are valid for full price products available on this Site only, and exclude any sale items. Any offers, sales and/or discounts are only available while stock lasts. 40 Weeks reserves the right to amend or withdraw any and all special offers at any time in its sole discretion.
Courses and Programs
The contents of online courses or online programs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition, and before undertaking any diet, dietary supplement, exercise, or other health program. The Forty Weeks Group Pty Ltd (trading as 40 Weeks) and its associates, contractors and employees are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from your use or reliance on any information contained in any course or program.
Refund Policy — Online Courses and Online Programs
Please choose online courses and online programs carefully before completing your order, no refunds, credits or transfers are available for online course or online program purchases.
Subscriptions to online programs may be cancelled at any time via your account.
By clicking subscribe, you agree that: your subscription will be set to continuous auto-renewal payments of a fixed amount every week until the end of your pregnancy or until you cancel your subscription. You authorise us to take this amount from your card every week. You can cancel your subscription at any time on your account.
A pregnancy is considered to have ended when a woman is 42 weeks pregnant. The weekly subscription will end when you are 42 weeks pregnant or when you notify us your pregnancy has ended.
Books
Delivery Times
Your tracking details will be sent by email following the confirmation of your order. Below is an indication of delivery times:
Australia: 2 – 3 working days.
New Zealand: 6 – 10 working days.
Rest of world: 8 – 12 working days.
Refund Policy — Books and eBooks
No refunds are available. If your book arrives damaged please advise us within 7 days of receiving so we can send a replacement and arrange collection of the damaged copy. Please contact us via email on bianka@40weeks.com.au.
If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time frame please contact us via email on bianka@40weeks.com.au.
Please note, any missing order requests must be advised within 60 days from date of purchase, no further action will be taken for contact made after this time.
Please keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving them, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.
eBooks
Ebooks are available for download as a pdf and can be printed.
