Green Smoothie
This smoothie is filled with vitamin-rich greens and a hint of fresh ginger to curb nausea (if you’re still experiencing morning sickness). It’s super refreshing and great any time of day.

Ingredients
1 cup coconut water or filtered water
½ cup cucumber, chopped
½ cup chopped kale
1 cup baby spinach
1 green apple, cored and quartered
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
1-inch piece of peeled chopped fresh ginger
ice
Method
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and serve in a tall glass.
