Cheers To You Mama! 3 Mocktail Recipes For The Festive Season

Grapefruit, Orange & Basil Punch 

| Serves 4 |

Ingredients 

Juice of 1 large grapefruit

Juice of 3 oranges

12 basil leaves

1 cup soda water

4 cups ice

Method

Place the grapefruit juice and orange juice into a blender and process on a slow speed for a few seconds until combined.

Place your basil leaves into four small glasses (4 leaves per glass), then top with ice.

Now evenly pour the punch into each glass and top with soda water.

Stir with a straw before drinking and enjoy.

Iced Gingerbread Smoothies 

| Serves 4 |

Ingredients

4 cups cashew milk

3 frozen bananas

6 medjool dates, pitted

4 tsp ground ginger

4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus a little extra for garnish

1 tsp nutmeg

1 small pinch of pink salt

4 cups ice

Method

Place all ingredients except ice into a high speed blender and process until smooth.

Fill 4 glasses up with ice and pour the gingerbread smoothie over the top.

Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve with gingerbread.

Orange Mango Crush 

| Serves 4 |

Ingredients

Juice of 2 large oranges

2 large mangos, peeled

1 lime

1 cup soda water

4 cups ice

Method

Place mangos and orange juice in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour out evenly into 4 small glasses.

Add a squeeze of lime juice into each glass.

Fill the glasses up to the very top with ice and add soda water.

Serve with lime slices and stir with a straw before drinking.
