Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
½ - 1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp protein powder
2 tsp greens powder
1-2 big handfuls of baby spinach
¼ tsp cinnamon
Method
Add all the ingredients to a high speed food processor blender and blend on high until smooth. Sip and enjoy.
