Mango Lassi

 

This creamy and delicious mango lassi recipe incorporates the warming spice cardamom. Lassi is a yogurt-based beverage that's popular in Indian cuisine. It also makes a nutritious pregnancy beverage, especially when you’re looking for something cooling, creamy and fruity.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups (300g) Full-Fat Greek Yogurt

1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes

1 cup filtered water

½ cup ice cubes

¼ tsp ground cardamom

Method

Add all the ingredients to a high speed food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
