Mango Lassi

Ingredients
1 ½ cups (300g) Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes
1 cup filtered water
½ cup ice cubes
¼ tsp ground cardamom
Method
Add all the ingredients to a high speed food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
