Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seeds are loaded with goodness and are an ideal pregnancy food. Chia seed pudding can be prepared the night before, thereby simplifying mornings, and is on regular rotation in our household.
Ingredients
¼ cup organic chia seeds
1 cup organic nut or seed milk
cinnamon, to taste
cardamom, to taste
Method
Add all the pudding ingredients to a bowl and stir with a fork until well combined. Cover and let set in the fridge overnight or for 2-3 hours.
Top with fresh fruit, berries, seeds, nuts, nut butter and enjoy any time of day.
