Week 25: Let’s dance: your baby is really starting to move
Can you feel your baby move, kick and stretch? Your baby is developing a sense of balance and directional orientation, hence all that movement in there. Also happening this week, your baby’s skin is undergoing more changes — still wrinkly-looking and covered in the creamy white coating of vernix, it's becoming more opaque. Your baby is now the size of a cauliflower, weighs nearly 660 grams or 1.5 pounds and is continuing to grow rapidly.

Food of the Week: Yoghurt
Avoid sweetened yoghurts and choose greek or natural yoghurt. If you don’t like plain yoghurt add fresh fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon, handful of nuts and seeds (slightly toasted is yum)… these add-ins will make it a truly delicious and nutritious pregnancy snack. 1 cup of plain yoghurt contains 311mg of calcium, 9g of protein, 12g of carbs, and 400g of potassium and is also a good source of phosphorus, zinc, vitamin B12.
